Top 10 in the Region!!

Congratulations to Terry and "Abbie" for their run at the Regional 4-H show in Little Rock AR!!

Can you belive a small town boy from Louisiana has made it to Little Rock AR to compete in the Reining Class!! Terry placed first at the District Show then placed 1st at the State show and ended the year by placing top 10!!

New Iberia - May 30, 2009

 Congratulations to Sarah Waguespack for her 1st place in 13 & Under Walk Trot and her 1st place in 13 & Under Western Pleasure.

Anna Dupre had a good show as well placing 1st in Western Riding and Reining.

Bettie rode Sport to a 6th place finish out of 24 riders. This pair is connecting more and more.

Sarah and Odie worked really hard on the gate for the Trail class and it really paid off. This pair worked the gate like a pro.

Bettie and Sport end the day with High Point in the Judged events.

Followed by Desi taking reserve in the Peanut Division.

Congratulations to Sarah Waguespack riding Odie: This pair took home 1st place in 13 & under Walk Trot, 1st place in 13 & under Western Pleasure, 1st place 13 & under Horsemanship, and 4th place in All Age Walk Trot Horsemanship. Sarah took home a very nice pay check!!

 Sarah must get her riding ability from her Grandpa Ollie. Ollie placed 3rd in Walk Trot and 4th in Western Pleasure.

 Anna Dupre had a really good show as well. Here she is lining up in the Western Pleasure class placing well. Anna rode a wonderful pattern in Reining on Sporty Lil Juliet aka "Cutie"

Sunday - April 5th in Houma - TLAFA Horseshow

To start the day Sarah and Odie place 1st in Walk Trot. Placing second is Riley Brumfield.

Next Riley places 1st in horsemanship and Sarah places second.

Sarah and Riley tie for High Point - Great Job Rocking N Ranch Show Gang 9 & Under!!

10 - 17 age group - Logan Brumfield continues to show little sister Riley how it's done!

Logan takes High Point for the day aboard Coosa.

In the Senior Group - 18 & over - Bettie and Sport again land on top with high point for the day. She was followed closely by Ollie and Odie.

     In the Peanut Division Desi Lasseigne has really brought her new horse to the next level. Desi placed High Point for the March show and Reserve High Point for the April Show. Big sister Delani is leading the Pee Wee division with High Point for the March and April shows!!

Amite - Florida Parish Horsemans Association

Bettie is back in the show arena for 2009. She is riding a new horse - Sport Pistol one of the ranch's stallion. She placed for High Point with her new mount.

Sarah - Pony Division

Bettie - All around saddle, Highpoint judged and reserve in speed. Trail buckle and showmanship along with over 100.00 in earnings.
